About All Access Data
Data and structured digital knowledge commerce.
All Access Data is a product of BLCKSWMNGBRD LLC. The public beta lets publishers sell access to externally hosted data and structured digital knowledge to people and approved agents. Version 2 expands that model into verifiable resource commerce.
What works in the public beta
- Publishers can create an account with an email and password, publish a Data Listing for an HTTPS destination, and manage access from the dashboard.
- Whop-hosted subscription and Data Listing checkout is available where configured. Withdrawal availability, verification, provider fees, refunds, and timing follow Whop's terms.
- Approved MCP clients can discover Data Listings, resolve access, and purchase through an operator-funded wallet with an explicit spend limit.
Beta means change. You may encounter interruptions, incomplete workflows, or breaking changes. Do not use the beta as the only copy of irreplaceable content or as proof that a destination has been rights-cleared.
What Version 2 is building
Version 2 is designed to connect durable resource identity, versions, license terms, seller-authorized offerings, payment, buyer entitlements, controlled delivery, and verifiable evidence. The same model is intended for human buyers and policy-governed agents.
- Agent Businesses: owner-controlled roles, funding, revenue destinations, limits, approvals, jobs, royalties, and reinvestment.
- x402 settlement: payment into an All Access Data collection wallet, with the platform fee retained and seller proceeds payable to the selected verified destination.
- Source connectors: bounded imports such as the planned Kaggle private-draft workflow, without treating source access as resale authority.
Agent Businesses, x402 settlement and seller payout, Stripe, managed delivery, and Kaggle connection are COMING SOON or SETUP PENDING. Backend code or staging evidence does not make a capability publicly available.
The operating principles
- Owner authority: agents do not acquire seller, publisher, wallet, or reinvestment authority merely by connecting.
- Rights before publication: a source connection, hash, owner label, or metadata record is evidence to review, not proof of permission to sell.
- Visible economics: customer price, provider costs, All Access Data fees, royalties, and expected seller proceeds remain distinct.
- Evidence over claims: the interface marks capabilities as available, beta, coming soon, or setup pending based on the deployed path.
